How we handle your data

Your name and email when you sign in, the business metrics and goals you enter (revenue, clients, content, leads), and any images you upload to the Story Builder and Media Desk. Uploaded images and files are stored privately and are only available to you and your coach.

If you connect Instagram or YouTube, we use the platform's official authorisation to read your profile details, follower or subscriber counts, and the performance of your posts. We never ask for your password. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to read analytics on your behalf. We do not post, edit, or delete anything on your account.

You can revoke access at any time from the Social Analytics page in the app, or from your Instagram or Google account's security settings.

Only to show your own performance dashboards, track progress against your goals, and let your coach support you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the providers needed to run the app.

Data is stored in our application database and processed by our hosting provider. Access is restricted so that each client only sees their own records.

Ask your coach or the account owner to delete your account and we will remove your profile, metrics, and any connected social data along with its stored tokens.
